24 Hour Access

We offer extended hours access to our storage rooms.

Automated access is seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:00pm. We also offer 24 hours access to certain customers, there is an additional security charge for this.

Out of office hours customers can gain access to our facility via a fully secure fenced and gated area. The automatic gate opens using your individual PIN code.

Automated external roller shutters and internal automated sliding doors are all opened using your individual PIN number.

Using the individual PIN number system means that we know who is in the storage facility at all times and it is recorded historically on the system.

Each new customer must provide relevant ID before storing with us.

These include:

• a current passport or driving licence
• or a household utility bill

We will make a copy of the ID and keep it in our records.
